This class is designed for relaxation and is suitable for all levels of adults and mature teens. Each class starts and ends with a meditation. The only expectation is to relax and breathe!
Prenatal Yoga
Relax, prepare for birth, bond with your baby and ensure that your pregnancy is a wonderful experience! Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace, only do postures that give them joy and have fun. Be sure to check with your health care provider before beginning as with any exercise routine.
Mom & Baby Yoga
Mom & Baby Yoga will provide the opportunity to deepen the relationship with your baby, increase strength and wellbeing, reduce stress and anxiety as well as connect with other moms. Increase your baby’s confidence and ability when it comes time to sit, crawl and walk! Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace, or their baby’s pace, with no expectations. A mom can start anywhere from approximately 6 weeks after delivery (or longer if you’ve had a caesarean – be sure to check with your health care provider), until your baby is very active, about 8-10 months. Mom & Baby Yoga can assist you in achieving more of a balance in your life.

Children 1-3 years of age. Mom OR Dad welcome to participate. Help to teach basic healthful ideas, physical and social skills to your child, while Mom or Dad get (or stay) in shape. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace. Mom & Tot Yoga can assist you in achieving more of a balance in your life and deepen the relationship with your child.
Family Yoga
Children 3-6 years of age. Mom OR Dad welcome to participate. Help to teach basic healthful ideas, physical and social skills to your child, while Mom or Dad get (or stay) in shape. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace. Family Yoga can assist you in achieving more of a balance in your life and deepen the relationship with your family.
No ‘Ohm-ing’ in this class! Stretching will improve flexibility and balance as well as reduce the risks of injury, aches and pains. Breathing techniques and meditation will help to improve mental focus and relaxation. Create more of a balance in your body and mind with Runners Yoga. Designed to help stretch the lower back, hips and hamstrings as well create relaxation, Runners Yoga would benefit any athlete.
