Singing Bowl - brass with striker. (MS07)
The bowls are used for relaxation, grounding, cleansing and meditation.

Place the bowl in the palm of your hand, gently hit the bowl with the mallet or firmly rub the stick around the outside of the bowl until it gently begins to sing. Feel and hear the purifying vibration/sound through your body.
