Inquiries should be made to Kim Belanger-Mills for all products and services, with exception of consignment items or classes/events given by a 3rd party. See contact information.  Consignment items or 3rd party classes/events should be directed directly to that person or company.  Kim, PHHCentre and the landlords hold no responsibility for 3rd party products or services.

Instructors: Should an instructor miss a class at the PHHCentre he/she will be responsible for making up that class or returning money.  

Clients: After the first day of class, no refunds on classes or transferring fees from one session to another. While there are no fees to USE debit or credit cards, there is a 10% fee on debit and credit card REFUNDS (before first day of class) for processing and banking fees incurred. 

Refunds on merchandise for manufacturers defects only, with receipt, within 30 days.

Physical product is not available for purchase via website and will not ship from our facility.
