Tibetan Singing Bowls

The bowls are made of 7 different metals representing the 7 known planets of ancient time.  The bowls are used for relaxation, grounding, cleansing and meditation.

Place the bowl in the palm of your hand, gently hit the bowl with the mallet or firmly rub the stick around the outside of the bowl until it gently begins to sing.  Feel and hear the purifying vibration/sound through your body.

Mala/Rosary/Rudraksha/Prayer Beads

Rosaries are found in all the major religions as a ritual object assisting in the Spiritual path.  Rosaries are generally used to count prayers, practices or text recitations.  They are also used in the meditative arts.

These rosaries are of Eastern design called Malas contain 108 beads.  108 is considered an auspicious number in the East.

The ancient yogis of India considered rudraksha beads to be holy, and claimed that when worn directly in contact with the skin, they convey to the body helpful electromagnetic influences.
