Support: Quinte Natural Moms Group
This group is for moms in the Quinte and surrounding areas who would like to get together for gatherings outdoors, hear about local FREE events, get breastfeeding support or discuss natural parenting methods.

Our definition of a 'Natural Mom'? Someone who is interested in or open to natural/peaceful methods.

We meet somewhere in the Quinte area every Thursday afternoon.  This place could be a park, a Conservation Area, a Provincial Park or maybe the Belleville Theatre for their 'Stars and Strollers' program.  Moms have also gotten together on another day, without me!  The support is truly a blessing for many...

Free Services:
Moms with Tots Yoga: Tuesday, August 3rd; 2:00 at Zwick's Park, Belleville.  (Rain location: 409 B Dundas St West, Belleville)

Prenatal Yoga: Saturday, September 11; 5-6 pm

Gentle Hatha Yoga: Saturday, September 11; 6:15-7:15 pm.

Meditation: Wedesday, September 1st 8-9 pm and Sunday, September 19th 8-9pm. ($5 donation accepted but not expected)

Reiki: Bring mat or towel (to lay on) and water.  Children welcome:
Monday, August 2nd; 2:00pm at Zwick's Park.  FREE Reiki mini-treatment.
Tuesday, August 3rd; 3:30pm at Zwick's Park.  FREE Reiki mini-treatment.
