Energy Balancing Treatments
Kim is a Reiki Master (levels 1, 2, advanced & masters) with three levels of Therapeutic Touch. She is a 500 hour certified Yoga Practitioner and uses all these skills in her Energy Balancing Treatments. Kim has been practising energy work for nearly a decade.
½ Hour Treatment
A ½ hour Energy Balancing treatment consists of a breathing exercise prior to the use of Reiki & Therapeutic Touch.
1 Hour Treatment
A 1 hour treatment with Kim consists of Breath work, and a guided meditation prior to the use of Reiki and Therapeutic Touch. Kim uses singing bowls to mark the time lines and may also use a crystal singing bowl, aromatherapy, smudge, or crystals in the session.
There is a resting period after each session and a discussion of the treatment. The client is always fully clothed but is advised to wear comfortable, loose clothing for the session.
