Gentle Hatha Yoga
This class is designed for relaxation and is suitable for all levels of adults and mature teens. Each class starts and ends with a meditation.The only expectation is to relax and breathe!
Prenatal Yoga
Use meditation, yoga and breathing to relax, prepare for birth, bond with your baby and ensure that your pregnancy is a wonderful experience!
Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace, only do postures that give them joy and have fun.Be sure to check with your health care provider before beginning as with any exercise routine.
Mom & Baby (Postnatal) Yoga
Mom & Baby Yoga will provide the opportunity to deepen the relationship with your baby, increase strength and wellbeing, reduce stress and anxiety as well as connect with other moms.
Moms with Tots Yoga
Children crawling/sitting unassisted to 3 years of age.
Help to teach basic healthful ideas, physical and social skills to your child, while Momˇˇget or stay in shape and gather together with moms with tots as well. Your tot can play with otherˇˇtots or do yoga with mom.Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.Practising yoga with your childˇˇcan assist you in achieving more of a balance in your life and deepen the relationship with your child.
Family Yoga

Runner's Yoga
